The slender loris is a huge-eyed nocturnal primate in the rainforests of Southern India and Sri Lanka. Due to deforestation, the number of them is declining.

Jerboa

This long-eared and big-footed cute animal, jerboa , is apparently an endangered species. What a great character with a stripy tufty tail!

Filmed for the first time in the Gobi desert last year, not much is known about these creatures.
It is sad that so many weird and wonderful creatures are disappearing without us even knowing of their existence.
